The Design And Implementation Of Hunan Institute Of Humanities Science And Technology Educational Administration Network Management System

As China's Ministry of Education proposed the establishment of information technology education and teaching platform, the full realization of academic network management and information technology is imminent. Although in recent years the education of network management has made rapid development, there are still some deficiencies. For example, the overall level of information is low, the investment on education and teaching network management platform is insufficient, and the theoretical building the system is not perfect. The existing academic network management's function is not perfect, teaching affairs office and other university administrations are lack of contact; the needs of users have been changing, but the system post-investment causes that the system can not meet users' needs. In order to develop a model for China's education system based on previous experience, the work of Educational Administration for the actual needs and previous lack of educational administration software, Human Institute of Humanities Science and Technology proposed to develop network management system.Based on the current development of academic background and research status on network management, the academic network management system's business processes is published. This article first analyzes the needs of network management system, and divides requirements analysis into specific teaching resources management, teaching project management, student enrollment management, online course management, curriculum planning, student achievement management, exam transaction management, practice teaching management, teaching evaluation and materials management. Each specific requirement is given a detailed use case analysis, and use case diagram and use case specification requirements described in the table is given to each analysis through UML modeling tools. In the system to achieve the principles of system design, system technology, architecture, detailed system functions and system architecture design and detailed design of the system are proposed. In the detailed design of the system, teaching resource management, teaching project management, student enrollment management, online course management, curriculum scheduling student performance management, transaction management exam, practice management, teaching evaluation and materials management are provided class diagram design. Designing a database table structure accords to the physical information of the network management system. In the implementation part of the system, this paper mainly focuses on logining, selecting course online for students, changing password and evaluating the quality of teaching, at the same time, this paper presentes the running shots which shows the function of the implementation process more distinctly.Finally, the system implements that users who has registered in the Hunan Institute of Humanities Science and Technology network management system can login into the system through the system interface. Students can complete selecting course online, can view the results of elective, curriculum, examination arrangements, experimental arrangements and so on; teachers can complete confirming the courses online, confirming taught courses, enering student achievement, teaching evaluation; academic department administrators can maintain users'information, manage teaching resources, set educational programs and manage student enrollment, arrange time-table, publish academic announcements and so on; visitors can only view the senate notice, and not carry out other operations.
