Along with the process of economic globalization, competition among enterprises is not only the competition between individual enterprises but the competition between supply chains. However, workflow within the enterprise can not meet the requirements of competition, so the cross-organization in distributed heterogeneous environment became the key to the study. However, the cooperation of cross-organizational workflow considers not only protecting the private information within the enterprise, but also retaining a certain degree of visibility. So the purpose of this study is how to protect enterprises private business processes without affecting their ability to interact with other partners. So the workflow inter-visibility is reduced to be as little as the cooperation needs in order to ensure the collaboration during cross-organizational workflows more efficient and more orderly.In this article, based on cross-organizational workflow theory and Petri net theory, a view model based on users in the cooperation of the cross-organizational workflows is proposed. The model abstracts workflow within the enterprises and generates corresponding process view in order to reduce the inter-visibility greatly, and then the process view is changed into the view based users according to the cooperation requirements with different partners. Then, the dynamic integrated algorithm based on the view are proposed, which includes workflow abstraction algorithm to generate the view and the matching algorithm for collaboration during cross-organizational workflows, in order to ensure the cooperation during cross-organizational workflows more efficiently. In the end, the dynamic integrated framework based Agent for collaboration during cross-organizational workflows is proposed, which consists of two parts:the general Agent framework and virtual market Agent framework. The general Agent framework resolves the heterogeneity of the enterprises which participate in the collaboration of the cross-organizational workflow. And the virtual market Agent framework can coordinate and control every enterprise in order to realize collaboration during cross-organizational workflows more effectively.Through the research on the issue of cross-organizational workflow collaboration the contribution of this article conclude the following aspects. Firstly, the article put forward a view model based on users in the cooperation of the cross-organizational workflows; Secondly, the dynamic integrated algorithm based on the view are proposed; lastly, the dynamic integrated framework based Agent for collaboration during cross-organizational workflows is proposed.
