| As core component of electronic weighing apparatus, the performance of weighing sensor influences the quality of instruments directly. At present the existing ordinary weighing sensors usually suffer problems like these: weak original signal, low ability of anti-jamming, slow respond speed and a great variety of interface standards. It has important research value and practical significance to design a set of intelligent weighing sensor based on IEEE 1451 standard.The purpose of the research is to design a set of intelligent weighing sensor system based on IEEE 1451.2 standard and ARM embedded system, which has the plug and play function. This paper firstly introduces the development and current situation of weighing sensor technology, IEEE 1451 standard and embedded system, expounds the research significance of this topic, and then divides the design into two parts: smart transducer interface module (STIM) and network capable application processor(NCAP). Main tasks are as following:â‘ Brings out the framework of weighing sensor based on IEEE 1451 standard, and carefully analyze realization plan, which lays the foundation for following design;â‘¡Adopting the strain gauge transducer as analog sensor element, completes the STIM hardware design according to IEEE 1451 standard, and realized the single-chip microcomputer digital signal processing, serial communication, TEDS and TII interface functions;â‘¢Designs NCAP module based on ARM embedded system, transplant embedded Linux system and BOA server, and establish cross compile environment, and realizing the clients function based on embedded server, including access web pages and background CGI program design;â‘£Proposes and implements high performance data filtering processing algorithms, increases the weighing measuring stability and precision.Bring out and realize the Kalman filter process.This design realizes the weighing sensor "plug and play" function according to IEEE 1451 standard, through digital module processing, solves the issues such as weak signal transmission, short transmission distance and bad anti-interference ability; In ARM embedded system based NCAP form a Web server, achieves multi users parallel online access, on the other hand also realizes the miniaturization and low power consumption of intelligent weighing sensor system, and improve the reliability of system greatly. |
