Research And Application Of Data Integration Technique In The Comprehensive Billing System Of Bank

With the continuous development of banking business, competition becomes increasingly fierce. Improve service quality and the satisfaction bank customer is an important strategy to retain and attract new bank customers. And one significant way to improve service quality and service pattern is to offer clear, accurate, personalized comprehensive bill. In order to achieve a bill of the aggregate assets, liabilities distribution, including the current, regular, banking, cards, notes of customers'numbers and other assets, as well as various types of loans and other liabilities, comprehensive integration, integrated credit and other non-account type of information to provide a unified, personalized account information service, the design of system requires the use of models and data warehouse and ETL technology to establish data a comprehensive billing data warehouse for multiple heterogeneous data integration.This thesis is the comprehensive billing system of a domestic commercial banks participated by researcher. In this article, the authors first analyzed the current status and disadvantages of the management of billing data and clarify goals of an integrated billing system. The researcher described the data warehouse modeling and ETL design process in details.
