RFID is a newly developed technology which communicates through the non-contact RF signal, so as to achieve objective automatic identification.Along with the development of RFID technology, how to realize Data Exchange accurately among Multiple Targets at the same time becomes the key problem of RFID technology. RFID anti-collision algorithm is the solution to the above mentioned problems. In all the algorithms, binary algorithm is most widely used as an international standard for its identification. International standards have put forward many regulations on binary algorithm. It not only promotes the development of anti-collision algorithm, but also brings the conflict to a unified solution.Traditional ideas in general are handled by MCU. Along with the development of RFID technology, an imponant direction in the future is the field programmable gates array MSP430. As kind of integrated circuits that can be programmed in the field, MSP430 is fast and programmable. All these advantages open up a new way of RFID anti-collision arithmetic. In view of the above problems, this paper probes into the RFID system binary prevent collision from the perspectives of both theory and practice. It can be divided into three aspects:firstly, theoretical research on binary algorithm. It sums up all the binary algorithms in being and gathers to three categorys such as Basic algorithm, Dynamic algorithm and Backoff algorithm. Moreover, it expounds the idea of the various algorithms and evalues their performance; secondary, it introduces an improved version of algorithm on the basis of specinc standard. This algorithm has fast recognition, high efficiency and greatly improved the identification results. Thirdly, algorithm is implemented with MSP430 and simulated with Proteus simulation application software. The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively identify the transponder. It meets the needs of most applications. This paper shed light on the development of new generations of RFID technology. Therefore, it indeed shows great theoretical depth and application value.
