With the increasing requirements of modern high-dyeing process, Dyeing combination machine needs more and more motors and the running of the motors needs to synchronize, the same time, the motors need real-time to adjust the speed by the relaxation of printing products. This is no small challenge to printing and dyeing equipment.This article discussed the system architecture which based on the CORTEX-M3 and CAN bus synchronous control system in the application of dyeing combination machine.In the selection of equipment,we give up the PC as the control host computer, instead of using a higher portability of embedded processors. In the cell controller convenience, we use the latest ARM based on CORTEX-M3 cores. It has a high processing speed, high-precision D/A, A/D conversion, and CAN bus controller.This article first describes the system on the overall composition, and then describs in various parts, including hardware design, CAN bus, the introduction, the system works, Steps, and the main programming block diagram and the main program.
