| This thesis puts forward optimized solutions -- centralized local routing and distributed local routing-- based on the existing data forwarding and routing mechanism in the IEEE 802.16d standard protocol.As a global wireless broadband access technology, WiMAX is used to be the last mile Internet access, due to its longer transmission distance, higher broadband access speeds, multimedia communications services. Therefore it has become a hotspot research topic in the communication field.This article firstly analyzes the basic working principle of the the MAC layer of WiMAX standard, which describes the signaling process of interaction and data forwarding mechanism including the business application, the system accepting control; then the article briefly introduces the network reference model, the logic distribution of the reference point and the function module; after that, two sets of optimized implementation of business data forwarding and routing are designed according to the relational model of communication;finally matlab simulation experimental means to prove that the local routing can improve the system business capacity, the average transmission speed and the average transmission delay.At last,the article envisions prospectively the new challenges caused by the local routing to the WiMAX system. On the basis of local routing WiMAX network and protection of the QoS mechanism,the security implementation, mobility management can be further optimized to reduce the consumption of system resources, especially in the expenditure of the network element processing bandwidth. |
