| The introduction and application of local standards DB33 provide a reference for the interconnection of the video surveillance system which is on large scale, cross-regional, cross-industry and cross-platform. Based on it, this paper studies a program of the heterogeneous video surveillance system in which the branches can be connected and the resources can be shared to achieve management control. This paper elaborates the problems and difficulties existing in the interconnection of cross-platform video surveillance system, and then compared several traditional solutions and standards DB33. Though based on SIP protocol, DB33 specializes and expands it in order to meet the needs of realization of the video surveillance system's fundamental functions. This paper presents the DB33's design scheme. With the adoption of DB33 standards and osip stack, the scheme makes network information can be easily sent and received and resources shared, therefore management control is available. Besides, the system furthers the other two fundamental functions: video on-demand and playback. The implementation of this paper is tested on H3C video surveillance platform. During the process of test, Ethereal, known as a packet capture tool, is applied to capture all the packet information. Finally, this paper analyzes the feasibility of DB33.The study results show that the heterogeneous video surveillance system based on DB33 standards can satisfactorily realize the fundamental functions of video surveillance system, meanwhile satisfy the sub-branches'requirement of interconnection, resources shared and management control. |
