Nowadays mobile TV has become the trend. With the development of mobile TV technology, Multi-System program will become common gradually. Under the support of Multi-System, the Mobile TVs produced not only will be available to more and more customer targets but also make customers utilize TV function globally as they wish. Based on the existing mobile TV technology of supporting only one standard, the technology of combining the ISDB-T and the DVB-T system, both of which are free, is put forward, which encodes maturely, covers most of global mobile TV market. Through applying the highly integrated MTK software and hardware resolution program, the thesis brought about the Mobile TV at high function/price ratio.Now MTK has the largest mobile chip shipments nationally, based on the fast shipment and the highly module-integrated mobile development platform at low cost. Here the paper firstly introduced the Nucleus Operation System, communication protocols and MMI with much attention, with deep study about the system structure of MTK platform. Then we focused on introducing the application and development of MTK platform, like how to add character string, picture and menu resource, how to realize the button function, how to encode the program, all of which are key points in mobile development of MTK platform. Then the paper illustrated the system structure of ISDB-T and DVB-T in detail, and analyzed the key technologies in signal-channel encoding of the two systems. Considering the realization complexity and stability of the control system and development cost for three different programs, here we decided to choose the coprocessor of RK2718, which supported both ISDB-T and DVB-T system, to codec the video flow and to realize receiving the two different system through downloading identical library file of decoding. To realize the function of mobile TV,to utilize existing resource of software and hardware efficiently,through adopting CP of RK2718 to control relevant interface and AT signal of communication between BB and RK,the thesis multiplex the module of audio and video. The CP could also synchronize the audio signal and the video signal which are independently transmitted. There are two ways to communication between BB and RK. One way is that adopting interface of UART to transmit command through two layer communication protocol in order to try its best to transmit command without loss in the condition of no handshake response. The other way is to transmit big amount of data such as the firmware of the system and multimedia data through interface of SPI. The two ways are mutually independent and cooperating.Finally, with the compile environment, the stream player software StreamXpress providing the transport stream of ISDB-T and DVB-T, we could see the picture of mobile television through the choice of the menu after downloading the file of bin to the mobilephone.
