LCD has gradually replaced the CRT (cathode ray tube display) in the display market. LCD display not only in the consumer electronics products have been a lot of applications, but also in many high-tech fields such as aerospace, defense industry, security monitoring has played an important role in their own.At present, the study of automatically verify and evaluate electro-optical properties of liquid crystal display in the aircraft carried out very little. Therefore, the aim of this research project is based on the electro-optical properties of on-board LCD display, in line with "GJB5187-2003 on-board active-matrix liquid crystal display universal norms" and "GJB5435-2005 airborne active-matrix liquid crystal displays photometric and colorimetric measurement method" for on-board flat-panel displays light and colors performance test method requires, design on-board flat-panel displays of light and colors comprehensive automated test system. I am responsible for the on-board LCD display pixel brightness, defects (bright spots, dark spots, colored dots) and the overall design of measurement resolution.The main topics include according to the measurement methods and specifications of the project to select the appropriate focal length len and the appropriate resolution CCD, to compose the imaging-type luminance meter; according to the communication protocol of the servo motor drive circuit, to design automatic controlling movement measuring system; according to the requirements of measurements, by using the IPC's vice graphic card, to design the measured display signal; Finally, integrating of all functions, to design integrity of the LCD pixel quality automatic detection system. |
