Social network and mobile platform, which achieve the information sharing and customization anytime, anywhere, are being developed as the next generation network center. As the new network applications in past two years, the "micro-blogging" successfully integrated their own characteristics of the social networking and mobile platforms.This study concluded "Micro-blogging" product features as the fragmentation, social and personal characteristics of the three communication features after compare it with other network application products. Fragmentation of "micro-blogging" include the fragmentation of the text caused by single piece of information from the micro-Bo has 140 character limit and data in various forms caused by its support for video, audio and hyperlinks product features various forms of data release. The social of micro-blogging is considered as information which is released from a single "node" of the "micro-blogging" platform and spread in the form of social networking. The individual characteristics of "micro-blogging" can be discussed from the two parts, customized information and content presented in the text, the topical micr-blogging appears and caused by the attention of the particular user. For the communication effect of micro-blogging, this paper focuses on "opinion leaders", "agenda setting" and "use and the satisfaction" three traditional communication theories. These theories present in new forms affected by the communication features of the "micro-blogging".The study on the "micro-blogging" has certain original creative by combating with such as "Interaction Ritual Chains," "The presentation of self in everyday life". On further understanding "micro-blogging "impact on human life, to better achieve the purpose of communication effective, this research may be an exploration of certain benefits and meaning.
