Along with the industrialization of the world, more products make people's life convenience and comfortable, but leave more living and industrial waste. Recycling is the key point of the energy recycling. As a high level in recycling, the theory and technology of remanufacturing have got deep research and push.The research to remanufacturing disassembling sequence plan of products and the assessment of remanufacturing property is aiming to increase the disassembling efficiency and the economy in remanufacture, at the same time, to provide the theory basic and guide for the application of remanufacture, which means important to promote the sustainable development.Disassembling sequence for remanufacture needs the model is easy to build and be fast to generate disassembling sequence.This paper choose directed graph as the basic of disassembling model, which is easy to be integrated with the computer, and perfect the evaluation principles of parts correlation for disassembling and recycling to realize the automatic identification and modularity, promoting the modeling and the efficiency of sequence generation.Ant colony algorithm has good performance in global optimization and simple construction, which is used in this paper to generate the disassembling sequence. On the basic of the adjacency matrix formed from the disassembling model, the current set of removable code, where the ants will search. The product disassembling information will be the choosing basis for the ant. To prevent the algorithm's premature, combined with MMAS and ACS, this paper proposes setting the scope of pheromone, the updating principles and the set of threshold value, aiming to that the ant has the chance out of the current selection to search the code in the global scope and generate the optimal disassembling sequence. What's more, use the Taguchi approach and orthogonal experimental design to get the optimal parameter. For assess the overall sequence the merits and demerits, establish the quadratic optimization model to get the comprehensive evaluation of disassembling orientation and tools change to optimize the choice.The parts remanufacturing property is the evaluation in many factors. This papers establishes the assessment model in technology, economy and environment. Along with the remanufacturing and manufacturing processes, analyze the cost, the effect on the environment and the invalid ways of parts, then quantify the performance to get the accurate result.
