Abstract/Summary:
At present, for the softness abrasive flow machining method to study the work, mainly focus on the theoretical analysis and the simulation research. In order to fully understand the softness abrasive flow of the actual operation and material removal of the way, and to further explore the flow of softness abrasive flow machining method, in order to adapt to the different processing conditions and processing environment needs. This article mainly as follows:1. Summarize the solid-liquid two-phase soft ground grain flow of polishing influencing the four aspects: polishing mold, polishes, polishing conditions and polishing environment; Application of the empirical formula of grinding the Princeton equation of wear concentration on the influence of the polish.
