The office automation system is a new method which combines with the modern office and the computer network, the purpose of that is to make full use of the information and resource as much as possible, and to improve the efficiency and quality of the work. Therefore, to establish a highly effective office automation system has became the inevitable demand for enterprises.The paper designs and implements an office automation system of Haiwei Corporation which is based on analyzing the requirement of the system. First of all, the paper introduces the basic concept and development of office automation, the J2EE specification and its three layer system structure, MVC model, workflow technology, B/S system structure. On this basis, the author uses UML method to the system demand analysis, design and implementation of job. During demand analysis, according to the company's status, the system is divided into five modules, respectively, system management, document management, daily management, public information, personal information. During the system design, the system software structure, framework design and workflow design, and to the office automation system of the landing module and document management module as an example, using the object-oriented modeling, detailed description of the system analysis method and design process. During the implementation of the system, the session management module for example, from a data persistence layer, business logic layer and presentation layer proceed with, to sea for office automation management system to achieve, and describes how to use SSH technology systems development.
