With the popularity of today's electronic management, the enterprise information management plays an increasingly important role. The internal fixed assets of enterprise is a key part of the operation. The work efficiency will be greatly affected with artificial management method only for all kinds of assets. In this thysis, the asset management background of Datang Mobile Communications Equipment Co., Ltd. is analyzed, the asset management system is designed and implemented based on VC.NET platform. With this system, the work efficiency is improved and the process of asset management is simplified.The asset management system is implemented by applicating a mature software development methodologies and system development model, using ASP.NET+ADO.NET technology based on C#language and the system is optimazed by making full use of a three-tier architecture. The concrete work which is done in this thesis includes:(1) Involved in the design of the system architecture, which is divided into five modules, including Login module, data management module, query module, approval module, permissions management module.(2) Completed in the detailed design of system main modules, including the front of interface design, backstage method design and process design and use case design.(3) Completed in the implementation of system main modules, including the data manage module,query module and approval module. Asset information save in the data manage module;different query method in the query module; the event trigger mechanism of application of the assets in the approval module, the application interface and the approval process.(4) Completed in the testing of the system. Used the testing tool to system perform function testing and performance testing,analyzed the test results and drew the conclusion.After the acceptance check of end users, the system can meet the needs of users, and be used in the enterprise asset management.
