| LBS is developed in the context of maturity of 3G network, popularity of smart phone, positioning and GIS technology development. With the development of the mobile communications technologies, Internet has entered into mobile era. In this context, terminals can be moved with users. Users'positioning information is highlighted, and LBS has the unprecedented development afterwards. LBS started from ten years ago, but it was limited to positioning, rescuing and navigation services, without large-scale commercialized application, because of the high technology threshold and single service format. The situation was broke with LBS service provider Fouraquare's success in 2009. LBS earned widespread respect. Hereafter other Internet companies began to enter this sphere, and many enterprises, including operators, web portals, specialized sites and so on, joined the competition, making LBS a new growth point for the mobile Internet.The core strength of LBS providers is integrating the consumers and merchants on-line and off-line. As the centre of the whole LBS value chain, they optimize their own platform by integrating a mass of merchants to provide service, thereby attracting consumers and strengthening their stickiness. Nevertheless, all enterprises involved in the recent LBS competition have weak integration strength to the whole value chain, no clear and definite application mode, single service, homogenization, and therefore can't attract vast customers. To solve the mentioned problems, this paper will find the weakness and deficiency of the domestic LBS by analysing its existing application mode with the value net theory, and proposes new application mode according to its weakness and deficiency on the basis of the previous analytical research, then the paper illustrates the feasibility of the new mode with empirical evidence, and modify it.The paper has five chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the background and significance of the topic, and its key innovations and framework. The second chapter has a review and summarize of the value net theory which is the basic theory of this paper, and combs through the LBS development and situation of relevant researching in the first place, then explains LBS relevant technologies and existing application modes. The third chapter conducts value analysis of the existing application modes with value net theory, and presents new LBS application mode base on the previous analysis, then analyses the features and operation method of the new mode. The fourth chapter carries on a design and implementation of the feasibility researching, then concludes the feasibility researching of the new mode, and modify it base on the conclusion. The fifth chapter draws a conclusion of this paper's researching, points out its limitations and deficiencies, and look into the prospect of the researching in the future. |
