The Research And Design Of The Substation Programmed Control Software Based On Video Monitoring System

In the substation automation system, programmed control has received more and more applications, the vast majority of cases the success of program control depends on the reliability of equipment operation, if the primary equipment reliability is low, often remote signaling signal has been uploaded to the operation is not in place. In this case, lead to lower the reliability of the next step procedural control, damage to primary equipment, and the success rate of programmed control is difficult to improve.This article describes the procedures in the substation automation system control and video surveillance systems by studying how to design a protocol via Ethernet communications between the control software of video surveillance systems and procedures to achieve information exchange in order to gain information once the equipment operating in place of video monitoring system,developed a substation program control software based on video monitoring system, greatly improving the success rate of program control.
