Concentrated Supervising System for Power-supply Equipments and Environments (short for CSSPEE) is a computer-controlled system, which can realize remote singling, remote metering, remote control the power-supply system and equipments distributed different telecommunication stations. CSSPEE can monitor these facilities'running status, record its fault. So we depend upon it to reduce maintainer, and to bring about less maintainer even no man need for a monitored communication station. CSSPEE is able to supervise switching-mode rectifier system, plumbic acid battery, high-voltage and average voltage distributing system, generator, air-conditioner, and room temperature, fire, stealing alarm. Without doubt, it also can Tele-adjust these facilities'operation parameters and Tele-control some kinds of equipment, from ON to OFF, or Run to Stop. Relying on this high-tech means, certainly, we can raise the quality of maintaining and management of these facilities, besides, can reduce maintaining costs of the power-supply equipment, and can raise our work efficiency also. Thus, we make use of the CCSPEE to establish a high reliability and high efficiency maintaining organization.A CCSPEE is made up of data acquisition sub-system, transmission sub-system, applications. Data acquisition system accomplishes raw data acquisition. Transmission system transports the raw data to Supervising Center. Software system accomplishes system setting, data processing, output alarm, data storage etc. Based upon the real situation of Shantou Telecom Branch, This paper researches the data acquisition and Field Bus technology in depth and the data acquisition module technology provides the way to solve the data acquisition. We use the On-the-spot technology to make the data streams which transfer and switch between supervision module, supervision unit and supervision center come true.After a series of test, the performance index of the system, such as the accuracy of the acquisition data, the time of response, time synchronization, mean time to repair, and so on, it have completely met with the requirements of design and application. Each acquisition data may transfer to supervising centre properly and real-time. The supervising system has applied to the real work situation successfully, and the targets that reduces our maintainers even no man need for a monitored communication station have realized and can provide efficient operation indeed. |
