Abstract/Summary:
As the development of automation control level and hydraulic project management continuing to progress, PLC, with its outstanding advantages has been widely used in hydraulic projects in automatic control and real-time monitoring. In consideration of the laboratories status in domestic waterpower colleges and the social strong demands for people majored in automation, this paper, based on a waterpower university's laboratory construction "Modern Automatic Technology Joint Laboratory", and combined with "Industrial Control System Comprehensive Training Platform" built in our university, systematic expounded design and implementation of hydraulic control system training platform.Firstly, the overall design of training platform was given in the paper, and the author proposed three different kinds of simulation methods. Then according to the design and implementation of three typical application of control system in hydraulic industry, the paper expounded in detail how to design the control plant, hardware and software based on the training platform. Finally, the paper debugged and verified each part of the platform. The hydraulic control system training platform achieved the anticipative targets and requirements.Hydraulic control system training platform, which is set in hydraulic industry, with control system design technology, network communication technology, data acquisition monitoring technology and control plant simulation technology, supplied for senior undergraduate and postgraduate students engineering training and hydraulic control system debugging. The idea of designing the platform which has logical, flexible structure, modern technology, can be used in other industries and related universities'engineering training.
