According to investigation, more and more students think that employment guidance can help students achieve the employment very well. Countries also calls for higher vocational colleges and above start employment guidance and business guide courses. So, employment guidance has become an important aspect in the management work of higher vocational college. But in order to provide good employment guidance, we must have an objective and accurate system which can evaluate the employment situation. This is the employment evaluation management system. But at present, such systems are very few in the market, which bring the difficulties to the management of university.Based on the situation, this paper, on the view of the management of higher vocational colleges, through the survey analysis and studied knowledge, developed a management information system which meets the set of evaluation of employment with higher vocational colleges and universities. System uses a concept of model library, on the basis of the establishment of evaluation index, developed model library. Besides, it takes the evaluation method of fuzzy evaluation in the fuzzy mathematics as an evaluation model. Through the scale scoring method and under the guidance of the model library, it objectively and accurately judges the overall score of the employment situation. It provides an objective data support for managers to know the school at present employment status and carry out the good employment guidance work. At the same time, it also provides general reference and reference value for us to judge students'employment situation and higher vocational colleges'employment competition.
