With improvement of people's living conditions, digital medical equipment industry is considered the most promising sunrise industry in the 21st century. Ultrasonic medicine, with integration of acoustics, medicine and electronic engineering technology, is regarded as an emerging science and has been widely used in medicine. To terminate early pregnancy is always a remedial action for contraceptive failure or accidental pregnancy. In this study, with bringing focused ultrasound technology into family planning area, we aimed to explore a new method for terminating early pregnancy. This method is going to be natural, with few side effects, and only making effects on embryo but leave non-implantation tissues and organs free. In the meantime, to design and develop the software for automatic therapeutic control system, which is matched to the hardware of Model JC focused ultrasound anti-early pregnancy system so as to develop full-automatic digital medical equipment.Model JC focused ultrasound anti-early pregnancy system software is designed and developed in this study: 1 In term of software requirements, the system working process and software workflow is determined according to analyze structure and operating principle of Model JC focused ultrasound anti-early pregnancy system. 2 Design for the overall system and functional modules are completed based on clear decomposition and definition of functional modules. 3 Detailed design and implementation for device control server component object model (COM) interface, and other important modules were described according to the overall design. 4 The system software test as well as the comprehensive test of the entire hardware and software system was finished.Distributed hardware and software control structure is employed in the system. Based on VC++ development environment, we achieved real-time monitoring and effect evaluation by using image processing technology, DirectX display technology and so on. In the system, therapeutic software and device control is separated by the COM technology. The control service software connected and directly controlled the lower computer software through the serial port. Treatment planning and treatment was done by therapeutic control software which functioned through the interface control equipment that the system services software offered.The Model JC focused ultrasound anti-early pregnancy system software which fully meets design requirements, has a friendly human-computer interface. It functions normally and stably with a rapid response. Treatment indicators can be completed accurately and timely. Furthermore, it has a good extendibility and is easy to maintain. It can be concluded that the system software fulfil the design requirements.
