In the same time, this platform make teachers and students interact in the teaching process and teaching summary, the platform can also guidant and monitor network teaching management activities. Through to the teaching platform for the monitoring function and the design of the automatic management, and gives the key part of the code. To realize the network teaching platform management activities professional guidance and process monitoring, so the platform can ensure network efficiency and quality of teaching management.Finally, this paper test the link by setting the design of this Web-based online network teaching platform test, the test results show that Web-based teaching platform to run TV network is reliable, administrator can manage, maintent and interview system through a browser, teachers and students can use the system resources of the network teaching platform according to different authority, and complete the corresponding operation. The disadvantage is that real-time monitoring of online teaching platform is not perfect, the contents of the platform is not abundant, which need expand and deepen.
