Candidates File Management System Based On Network Platform Design And Realization

With the development of the information technology, the infomationization of the educational management will become to the current trend at all levels of the educational management. In this thesis, Web-based platform for the integrated utility will be used at the candidates file management system, the management information systems, databases, computer networks or the development of Programming. We also have an in-depth analysis on the needs of the candidates in the records management business which is based on the candidate's physical and the electronic files for network management to ensure the efficient file management candidates and specifications.This paper analyzes the context of the system development on the domestic or the foreign candidates to the file management status of the network information system development. We have analysed the records of the candidates from Dehong region's file management network business requirements and the needs of the informationization. And we also elaborated the system's need to address the main issues, design and the implementation of our ideas. The main contents are as follows:(1) We get an overview of the management information system technical concepts and the frameworks. We also have an analysis on management information system development methods, development model. These characteristics are discussed to IIS and ASP.NET technology which has been built based on B / S model of the candidates file management network system of the technical methods.(2) We has analysed the inefficient, high cost of management problems which caused from the candidates to file in the Management. Based on the problem, we suggested a solution. Internet and campus network should be used as the basis, a more simple and practical under the Windows environment, IIS, ASP.NET and SQL Server technology are combined The way to develop web-based platform for candidates to achieve records management system to achieve dynamic, interactive, efficient network file management.(3) Based on the demand of system analysis and design. We made a tentative idea that candidates file management should be made the main business processes, including basic information input, such as schools and state education departments. County candidates file for audit information management, information audit and statistical reports, file management functions of these conducted a comprehensive analysis.(4)We also has the system analysis on the various functional modules. The main topic of our analysis is focusing on multi-user login management module, the candidate, the information input module, the information detailed audit module design and the implementation. The module provides all levels of management users of the database query, add, modify, or delete operation, in order to achieve the candidate file information on-line management.
