| Now the quilting machine is one of the textile equipments widely used, and the needed number of quilting machine is tremendous, but homebred quilting machines in automation level still lag behind. At present our country widely used in textile equipment need people assist operation, to finish production. This research work is independent developed a set of continuous type automatic computer sewing machine control system, realized the unattended operation, automatic completion from on cloth, quilting to complete an assembly line cutting cloth.This thesis mainly completed the following several aspects of the work: Analysed working principle of the quilting machines and the overall design scheme. The core motion controller technology of quilting machine control system design is studied.Designed the hardware, such as the design of embedded computer type selection, according to system requirements by cutting Windows CE operating system, the structure, the motion controller hardware circuit design, part part such as servo system.Applied UML quilting machines software system design respectively, the upper and lower level computer software functions, structure and realization were analyzed design. The application of UML not only make the whole design becomes visualization software and systematized, facilitate management, but also helps to find the software design, the existing problems of stability; the enhancement software Meanwhile standardized software design can strengthen the communication between the working personnel, clarifying roles.Will interpolation algorithm, and deceleration curve motion control technology is applied to sewing machine system, make quilting machine system running in effect more smooth and reliable. Between upper and lower level computer by custom communication protocol for interaction, achieved rapid and stable communication purposes.The system tests, designed a set of hardware detection system, convenient batch production of hardware system testing. For software testing, software is put forward based on UML model test method.The system has completed commissioning, trial test result won high reputation from the customers. |
