With the development of computer-related technology, Enterprise way of working is also undergoing the significant change. As a important sectors of railway transport production, The depot is mainly for the train's inspection, repair and maintenance. Therefore, the depot plays a very important role in accelerating vehicle operation and reducing the non-service time. However, after a series adjustment of reform and productive force distribution, the original manual scheduling methods which depend on the traditional work can not satisfied with the existing working method of car deport. In this paper, the author proposing the establishment of the Locomotive dispatching system for the depot based on the present situation.In addition, by analyzing the practical application environment of Locomotive dispatching system of Depot, the author putting forward the design proposal. Based on the system functional requirements analysis, this paper designs database. The paper also analyzes the five modules of the system:The system initialization module, the vehicle status on stock Road module, vehicle scheduling module, the history of scheduling recording module and other functional modules, decrypting of the function of each module. Discusses the implementation of key technologies:Initialization track information plan, drawing on-site parking CAD graphic, dragging the locomotive to the target position, locomotive dispatching algorithm, FastReport report printing, etc. Proven that the design is feasible.Based on the business processes within the depot, the paper design that depot locomotive dispatching system should have the main function and should have an efficient algorithm. With complete functions, flexible operations, and simple and clear interfaces, this system provides an efficient decision-making platform for dispatcher.Through the developmental research of this subject, the paper shows that the Locomotive dispatching system of depot can provide the accurate parking field information and the Real-time display of trains dispatching results for the relevant staff in time. This system greatly elevates work efficiency of staff and reduces the manual reporting errors. It is a leap forward and sublimation for a modern enterprise management of the Depot.
