The Research On The Digital Reference Service Of University Library Under Library2.0Environment

With the rapid development of computer technology and IT, the Web services with Web2.0features of the times is impacting on people's lives, work and study. In the Web2.0digital network information environment, the service areas of the University Library and the development of space is expanding, including digital reference service having been a major breakthrough, especially the concept of Library2.0has injected to the traditional digital reference Service some new vitality. Digital reference consulting services becomes the mainstream direction of the University Library Information Service in the network environment. In this context, many domestic universities libraries are actively engaged in Web2.0application-related information services practice. As the representative of software services, Wikipedia, blog, Rss and Social Tag are increasingly playing an important role in academic libraries.This article discusses the digital reference service of university library in Lib2.0environment from six aspects.The first part argues the studies of the library digital reference service at home and aboard. For the characteristics of domestic research start lately and in-depth, it analyzes the necessity that domestic university libraries develop the digital reference service in Lib2.0environment.The second part defines digital reference service and the library2.0theoretical concepts, at the same time, states technology and theoretical basis that the library2.0applies to digital reference service of university library.The third part,based on Lib2.0-new environment,new technology, new idea,analyzes from the user category,this paper analyzes the characteristics of information demand in the new environment, and Clarifies the obstacles of meeting the demand.The fourth part, from seven aspects, summarizes the features of university library digital reference service under the library2.0environment. Then focuses on the modes of college library digital reference service under the new internet environment. It mainly includes five types:linear consulting services model, real-time interactive consulting service mode, based on the Internet consulting service mode, personalized self-help counseling model.The fifth part expounds the enlightenment from the foreign digital reference service of university library development,and gives four Suggestions:librarians role change, training of high-quality DRS team, protect user privacy, building and perfecting the DRS scientific evaluation mechanism.The sixth part analysis the Florida university library and Beijing university library as cases, demonstrates the current practice and development of the digital reference service of university library in the new environment, and brings forward the direction of the domestic digital reference service.
