| Molecular mistillation is a rising physics separation technique which is efficient and mild, and its technology has widespread application prospect in national economy and people's livelihood. In order to realize the design of the equipment's automation control system, take the multistage molecular mistillation installment as the object using the mathematical statistic the method to return modeling and with the collection and distribution control system (DCS) principle in this paper.Based on mathematical model, calculate optimum parameters, and optimize it combined with actual factors. Because influencing molecular mistillation technological parameters exist strong relevance, only analyze the most significant parameters (molecular mistillation's temperature, wiped-film motor'rotational speed, degree of vacuum). Based on response surface analytic method (RSM) using the least squares method, carry on the data's regression analysis to establish the molecular mistillation process and first-level statistical mode with the actual factor then determined the best technological parameter and test by the experiment.Control programmer's selection and hardware configuration. According to the molecular mistillation technological process, divides the molecular mistillation installment into three sub-systems. In the single subsystem, the operator through the frequency converter's PID controller to set wiped-film motor'rotational speed by open loop manner. To control the input air's quantity by adjusting molecular mistillation's regulating valve, the closed loop regulation of the vacuum degree opening has been realized. Choose the personal computer (PC) and human machine interface (HMI) separately as engineer and operator station, and use the strong anti-interference and the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with correspondence function as the controller to realize the molecular mistillation equipment automatic control through the collection and distribution control system.The experiment results show that the multistage distributional molecular mistillation control system has realized the molecular mistillation equipment automatic control, reduced the energy consumption effectively, and confirm requirements of the design variable parameter. The entire molecular mistillation equipment automatic control system design has been realized. |
