In recent years, people more and more research the net community mining technology, combining with the actual situation in the real world, the net community mining technology is applicating into various fields and promoting the development of various fields is the ultimate goal of the research of the net community mining technology.This paper is based on the information of "UST used car website", studies the relations technology of the web community minning through the information of the website'users and the recommend information among the users. In current, the amount of the user is lagely growing, used car companies are difficultity to grasp the needs of all the users with the situation, this paper designs the arithmetic of relations user collections, the arithmetic of the caculation of Betweenness value, the arithmetic of the divided of community struct and the arithmetic of the level of impact of the user, and all the arithmetics are used on the minning of the used car market's struct, with combining the basic information about individual users and the recommended of information among users on used car website, discovering common interests and backgrounds of social groups, and determine the level of impact of the user in community, so that the decision man of the used car company can know most of the users'age, the character of job, degree, the income of job and the interests car of all the users through the community information of the minning information in the website, the saleman can know the users better and give different policy to different users in the situation. Used car company can know better the most activity user in community and recommend the important information to those users through determining the level of impact of the user in community, those users can play in advocacy role in promoting the sale of used cars, the research of this paper makes used car company grasp better the needs of the users, the satisfaction of users has increased, so the research reached the purpose of promoting the development of used car market.
