Coal mine safety production is the important issue of the party and the central, but the existing coal mine safety monitoring system is the single factors to disaster monitoring. The occurrence of coal mine accidents are often caused by the interaction of multiple factors, so multiple disaster-inducing factors in warning system have been paid more and more attention.In the analysis and research of existing coal mine safety monitoring system and with a number of related disaster-causing factors as indicators, this topic completes coal mine safety evaluation system based on T-S fuzzy neural network, and designs early warning system of coal mine on the basis of T-S based fuzzy neural network.In this paper, firstly, we put forward establishing coal mine safety index system, analyze the cause of mine disaster and accident, discuss the interrelationships between these factors, and identified six disaster-causing factors of the coal mine safety as the index. In determining the index system, introduces the characteristics, structure, functions and the use of inadequate of the existing coal mine monitoring system KJ95N, and put forward using T-S fuzzy neural network to improve KJ95N coal mine monitoring system. Secondly, introduces the principle of combination of fuzzy control with neural network characteristics of T-S fuzzy neural network and coal mine safety early warning system based on T-S fuzzy neural network. Then set the early warning system of mine safety based on T-S fuzzy neural network and do some simulation research. Finally, introduces the configuration software of early-warning system.Compared with the traditional monitor systems, the warning system can fully to evaluate and predict the coal mine production safety status, and improve the security of coal mines greatly. The system has an important significance for production practice of the coal mine safety.
