| There is a great gap in the mine security production of our country compared with somedeveloped countries. Mine accidents brings irreparable loss to the national property andpeople's life safety. Recently, as the accident occurred continually, the government paysmore attention on the security production of mine and strengthens supervision. Study isimminent on the underground personnel positioning system of stability and reliability.Based on RFID the underground personnel positioning system become the focus.At present, domestic and foreign scholars mostly study on passive RFID system, whileactive system in the ultra high frequency is rarely researched. In this paper, on the basisof basic working principle of RFID technology and low power consumption designprinciples, combining with electromagnetic wave wireless transmission characteristicsin underground, the appropriate working frequency is selected, and an active RFIDsystem is designed which is a kind of suitable for mine personnel positioning.This article firstly analyzes the status of research and development on the currentunderground personnel positioning system, and then introduces the developmentprocess of RFID technology, the problems in application and development prospect indetail. Secondly, the principle of RFID technology and several key technologiesinvolved in the study of RFID systems are analyzed further, and this article gives overallframework design of the underground personnel positioning system based on it. Next,using the Maxwell equation and electromagnetic wave transmission mode equations,this article studies further the electromagnetic wave transmission characteristics in theunderground tunnels, and identifies915MHz as the working frequency of undergroundpersonnel positioning system. Then this article focuses on the hardware circuit design ofreader and active tag in the RFID system. In order to meet the principle of low powerconsumption, the reader and the active tags use low-power chip MSP430F2012andCC1100produced by TI company.And then, this article gives specific algorithmprocesses and software code of data communication between reader and tag, and strictlycontrols work time of the chip and reasonable arrangements of time sequence, so as torealize the soft design of low power consumption. Finally, this article discusses thedebugging and running of the system in laboratory, which proved its feasibility. |
