In recent years, with the development of research about blood coagulation mechanism and hemostasis, the blood coagulation analyzer's performances require to be improved. Blood coagulation analyzer is an instrument used for blood coagulation items and hemostasis items detection. This analyzer is applicable to blood disease diagnosis, clotting mechanism detection and so on. To hemostasis and clotting research and application, developing a kind of blood coagulation analyzer which could get precise result quickly and simple to operate has important science meaning.In this thesis, photoelectric magnetic bed method is used to detect blood clotting. This method is based on magnetic bed method, and combined with photoelectric method, and use the photosensor to detect the motion state of magnetic ball. Coagulation time could be calculated through detecting the magnetic ball's motion change. This method could overcome the defects of photoelectric method which is usually interfered by abnormal test sample, and improve the anti-interference performance. The software design is based on the embedded system, μC/OS II.Based on this platform, the system could Realize multi-duties operations, shorten the system response time and improve the program's overall efficiency.The master controller is STM32F103whose framework is Advanced RISC Machines Cortex-M3, its advantage is plentiful chip resource and helpful for improving the system integrity. The hardware circuit design contains some modules, such as detection, temperature control, human-computer interaction, communication, storage and so on.The software design of the system is divided into three parts:the operating system transplantation, the bottom program development and task development. The software design based on embedded operating system μC/OS II and graphical interfaces system μC/GUI. In this thesis, the method about how to transplant μ C/OS II and μC/GUI to STM32and how to test them would be introduced. Then the bottom program will be developed, such as Sampling, storage, communications. According to the function of the system requirements, the system is divided into several main tasks, such as interface shows, sampling and constant temperature control.In the last part, after the whole system is debugged, the accuracy and precision of this system would be tested.
