The popularity of smart phones and 3G led to the explosive growth of mobile application software. Mobile application Stores such as App Store and OVI Store are good platforms.According to the data of iimediaresearch company, the number of chinese mobile application software users increased rapidly, and will reach to 275 million in the year of 2013. From the users' perspective, this study develops a conceptual model to predict consumer acceptance intention on mobile application software based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). In order to make the TAM model perfect, four variables are integrated into the model. The variables are Software Design, Perceived innovation attributes, Path dependence and Subjective norms. In this study, we combined the methods of theoretical and empirical studies, not only explaining the model theoretically, but also validating the model effectiveness by questionnaire. And the survey was made on the internet. The gathered data was analyzed by the statistic software. According to the idea of the assumptions made in the study, the main conclusions are drawn as follows:1. Technology acceptance model in explaining the acceptance intention on mobile application software is still valid. Perceived usefulness, Perceived innovation attributes are the important factors that affect mobile application software users' intention. Perceived innovation attributes impact the users' intention indirectly through Perceived usefulness.2. Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of us and Perceived innovation attributes are the important intermediate variables. Soft design impact the users' intention indirectly through Perceived innovation attributes and Perceived ease of use, and Path dependence impact the users' intention indirectly through Perceived usefulness and Perceived ease of use, Subjective norms weakly impact the users' intention through Perceived usefulness.
