Study On Informationization Alignment Models And Measurement For Road Passenger Transportation Enterprises

In the informationization age,The penetration and diffusion of information technology bring great and far-reaching effects on the innovation for management and business of the road passenger transportation enterprises.With the informationization alignment road passenger transportation enterprises can reduce costs and improve efficiency through the optimization of processes and organization structure,also can form the core capabilities and enhance the competitive advantage,gradually realize scientific development which is intensive and low carbon.Therefore,study on informationization alignment of road passenger transportation enterprises has the great significance to enrich related theory and to guide practices.This paper is based on the related theories and study results of management science and systems science,also combined with enterprises informatization and transportation informatization,chooses the principles and analysis methods with the combination of qualitative and quantitative, uses the method of inductive argument approach.this paper takes informationization alignment of road passenger transportation enterprises for the research topic,has a in-depth study on informatization alignment conditions,characteristics,modes and measurement.Firstly,it discusses related concepts and theories in informationization alignment of road passenger transportation enterprises.Based on the analysis of informationization alignment developmental status and problems and demands of the road passenger transportation enterprises,the paper suggests that the informationization alignment of road passenger transportation enterprises is currently facing a serious problems to be solved.
