From the beginning of the 20 century 70 years, the western countries have experienced the wave of financial deregulation (Financial Deregulation).In this context, the shadow banks, as a new attempt of financial innovation, came into being, and rapid development. However, the shadow banking supervision has been in the missing state, until the financial crisis makes countries to recognize the importance of the shadow banking supervision, and have introduced measures for the shadow banking supervision, which allows us to examine different perspectives through the regulatory system evolution of the framework and development trendsThis thesis based on the shadow banking supervision, from the analysis of the concept of shadow banking, and real operation mode, to study how the impact of the shadow banking subprime crisis which began in the U.S. and Europe on the reform of the shadow banking regulatory approach, combined with China in this financial crisis in the financial innovation of the new situation, Europe and other countries under the supervision of revelation, the opportunities and which challenges faced in China's financial innovation and how to make better use of regulation to promote financial innovation, in order to protect our financial stability and healthy and rapid development.
