Empirical Analysis Of Interest Rate Transmission Mechanism Of Monetary Policy In China

The interest rate is playing the important role in monetary policy's conduction process. The central bank use monetary policy instrumnents to impact the people's behaviors and expection. And acheves the goals of the macroeconomic regulation. In nowadays, developed countrys still face the effects of financial cirsis, and the inflation pressure is manifest in our economy. So this research has important sense.In this paper, we introduce the researches of other experts firstly. Second, presents the related theories about monetary policy's conduction process. Third, use the econometric analysis method to find out the relationship betweent the intrest rate and the consumption, investment, GDP. At the end, analyses the factors that impact the monetary policy's conduction. Meanwhile, presents some policy advises including interest rate marketization, consumer credit, social security system development, financial market construction and financial regulation.
