SMEs has become China's economic development of important strength, presented the vigorous development and the good situation. Developed countries of the world always paid attention to the development of SMEs, provide a good development environment, it is also provide corresponding policy discount, etc. SMEs in the development process, the government policy, economic environment and encourage gradually perfected gradually circumstance, so internal governance ascension development ability become the key factor. How to promote the reform of SMEs, promote internal scientific internal level of management, to international standards, become currently the development of SMEs can't wait to resolve problems.This article studies the internal governance structure of various factors of SMEs growth significance. Firstly it expounds theories, including corporate governance, SMEs and the growth of theoretical research and reviewed. Then according to China's SMEs development present situation and characteristics of using the principal component analysis and factor analysis to SME's growth evaluation for empirical research, then one internal governance structure of each factor analysis with the growth of relationship and make empirical research, finally according to its conclusion put forward to promote the growth of SMEs rationality Suggestions. Among them main internal governance structure from the ownership structure, the board of directors and the board of supervisors, managers incentive these four aspects to analysis, including equity structure mainly from equity concentration, equity attributes, ownership restriction and equity liquidity four aspects mainly from the board of directors and the board analysis structure, scale, education level and two hats state analysis, board of supervisors, mainly from the scale of incentive from the annual salary, management personnel holdings and salary personnel holdings, and the conclusion that a series of analysis of enterprise growth development of beneficial conclusions and Suggestions. This article through between theory and practice method, this paper analyzes the internal corporate governance of the importance and the influence of growth, and puts forward some instructive proposals.
