To keep better profitability and to realize the sustainable development, accelerating to promote low cost efficient operation is urgently needed for the company. The CM of Inner Mongolia proposes the work idea of division marketing, launching differential marketing services, seizing and keeping key customer marketing. Campus market is the key strategic market of CM, and is one of the most important division market of CM of Inner Mongolia.To consolidate the campus market advantage position, the CM of Inner Mongolia proposes the strategy of depth promote of the implement of BASS system, increasing the operating proficiency of the campus market using information tools, aiming to promote the refinement of the campus market management level.This paper aims at describing how to build the campus market operating management platform based on the current local BASS system according to the instruction of the standard of the headquarter of CM combined with the real requirement of CM of inner Mongolia on campus market management.This paper applies in and finishes the campus regional customer recognition model, monitoring of campus customer, analyzing of campus customer and marketing of student customer.
