The supply chain management (SCM) expert Haul Lee from the Stanford University once said:'Market competition is no longer a competition between enterprises, but the competition between Supply Chain.'Therefore, in order to create more shareholder value and achieve the best competitive market position, the enterprise management must effective establish supply chain systems.The SCM theory is formed and developed in the process from valuing partial management to emphasizing management system. Traditional concept of supply chain is confined to making the best of the enterprise's internal resources. With the development in the research of supply and demand relationship, supply chain management has been extended to the enterprises and suppliers, and further enhance to the enterprise and the link between Sales channels, customers, and the complex dynamic system is formed which contains the flow of information, logistics, exchange and funds between of supplier, production enterprise and customers. But the success of external supply chain development must take effective internal supply chain for the foundation.Efficient internal supply chain system must pay attention to the related construction of management strategy, management processes, partnership, performance appraisal system and IT system.This paper is based on the Viper internal supply chain process system as the research object. After Nilfisk-Advance group completed the merger of Viper and the Viper became a subsidiary of Nilfisk-Advance group, Viper experienced some integration and upgrading problems, as well as some historical issues, Viper got the opportunities of whole supply chain system optimization based on the existing problems. For the Viper supply chain system in the future can be more healthy development, I put forward this optimization scheme.Firstly, I introduce the background and product features, and analyze in details the internal current supply chain process. Secondly, I pointed out the defect in the internal business processes and process maturity and information system etc. Furthermore, I put forward reengineering process of goal, procedure, principles and guiding method. And with internal supply chain process for the object, the application of Supply chain management theory in inventory, lean thinking in JIT method, and the business process reengineering (BPR) principle, etc, put forward the design proposal of internal supply chain process reengineering and the ascension process maturity scheme. Finally, I suggest the steps and strategies of its implementation and the partial effect was summarized based on the Viper each function module. Furthermore, the implementation process of the problem are analyzed, and discussed some problems in the future could meet in this paper.In brief, this paper takes the core process reengineering as the main content, and discusses the design and implementation of process, and got the formation of combining theory with practice of comprehensive solutions.
