With the establishment of China's socialist market economy, the liquor industry, increasing competition. Wuliangye company since the beginning of reform quickly into the market economy, seize the opportunity and quickly developed into a first-line liquor brand. In recent years, the major liquor company philosophy gradually changed, the rapid development of enterprises continued to narrow the gap between, in particular, the company once chased Wuliangye Maotai, the two companies over the years go hand in hand, compete with each other. Meanwhile, Luzhou, Yang Group, Langjiu Group and other companies are rapidly rising, fast catching up.2009, the second-tier brands is achieved good results. This paper discusses a new round of competition Wuliangye company's development strategy and has strong practical significance.I inspected the Wuliangye Company to collect a large amount of data as an analytical basis and integrated omnifarious data, respectively, discussed from external environment (external environment include:macroeconomic environment, industry environment, industry competition structure) and internal resources strategy (Strategic internal conditions include: financial resources, human resources, production resources, market resources, research and development capabilities, the overall advantages and disadvantages). For the analysis of the macroeconomic environment, whitch are mainly political and legal environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment, technical environment, the PEST model. Competitive structure of the industry focus from inter-industry competition, the risk of potential entrants, the threat of replacement, the supplyer bargaining power, buyer bargaining power of the five aspects, namely, the five forces model.The basis of the above analysis, using SWOT analysis, summarize the company's three collectivity development strategies advices, conbining the knowledge that learned while studying MBA, for the overall development strategy set out in detail from the five possible implementation measures.
