Based on the investigation above, the thesis summarizes characteristics of the supply structure of Chengdu's real estate market. At last, a quantitative analysis is made according to Chengdu's master planning and the district planning of East Chengdu, where the project is located. Secondly, from the perspective of project developers, the thesis analyzes the project's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threads, then articulates, investigates and concludes the cost accounting's concept and function, composition, foundation, category and its test of accuracy.At last, based on the case study of xxx's cost accounting, planning regulation and construction standard, a quantitative analysis, which further studies and evaluates the method and system of cost accounting proposed here, is carried out, providing certain theoretical foundation and specific method to the real estate developers for their advantage in market competition.
