It focuses on the research on risk identification and countermeasures of the power grid construction in this thesis. It is rare that the risk management is applied in the process of project management. It is of great practical significance that the risk management of grid construction is in depth studied.It is of great practical significance that the risk management research on the grid construction which is capital-intensive , with the dual economic and political significance, with extremely bad external environment for grid construction. It is that the paper focuses on the risk identification and countermeasures of the power grid construction on this purpose.Based on methods of literature reviews and analytical induction, the paper is studied on the risk identification and countermeasures of the power grid construction. In further, the main study method of this thesis is as follows: Case study method, Kong Gang 220kV transmission & transformation project case is introduced. The result shows that the study is correct, valid and scientific.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction which mainly put forward the questions explains the purpose and significance of topics and expounds the content and methods of research; The second part is literature review which mainly systematic review on involved theory; The third part is risk identification and evaluation of grid construction in which the risk identification and evaluation of the power grid construction is studied according to the characteristics of grid construction based on the review of risk management theories. The process of risk identification is proposed and the power grid construction risk is studied in classification. In further, the improved LEC evaluation method is applied in evaluation of power grid construction risk; The fourth part is the research on the countermeasures of the power grid construction risks in which the countermeasures are put forward according to the characteristics of the various stages of power grid construction. The fifth part is the case study in which case study method is applied in the 500kV transmission & transformation project of underground power of Three Gorges to converter station of jingmen case. The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook which mainly research on the summary of the results of this study and the shortcomings.Through this study, the risk identification list and countermeasures list of grid construction are formed. These provide helpful reference for the further study for. |
