For most of us, the pursuit of happiness is the ultimate goal of existence. In recent years, it's becoming a community consensus to improve people's life quality and to make them happier along with the development of economy and the advocacy of harmonious society .Today we have entered a new stage in the consumption society,and the concept of consumption brings happiness is deep-rooted in our mind,So many consumers seek to maximize happiness from their consumption activities.But the causal relation between consumption and happiness is not clear yet. Some scholars found that consumption can bring happiness,but other scholars pointed out when peoples'consumption growth, their average happiness level has not increased correspondingly. In this social context and academic research background, it has both important academic value and practical significance to research on consumer well-being.In this paper, it firstly summarizes the concept,the measurment ,the influence factors and the theoretical model of consumer well-being.Then it constructs the theoretical model of measuring consumer well-being and proposes hypothesis according to previous research results.It then designs the questionnaires and gather consumers'data, the author finds some influence factors on consumer well-being through measure the entire consume process of the cell phone. Finally it summarizes the empirical research results and proposes some advice both from the consumers perspective and market perspective.
