Green trade barriers are more and more rigid.At the same time, green consumerism voice becomes more and more strong. So the field of theory and business have widely recognized green supply chain management and payde more attation to it. The green purchasing is an important part of the green supply chain.Supplier selection is the core areas of green purchasing, it has directly relation to the whole of the supply chain's competitiveness , efficiency of enterprise and social. How quickly chose satisfactory suppliers is a problem that the modern green supply chain must solve .Firstly the paper compares the green supply chain with general supply chain, on this basis, summarizes the characteristics of green purchasing and the way of realization. Secondly,the paper has established the evaluation indexest system of green purchasing suppliers'selection by experts and scholars relevant research and studies. The paper proposes that pruchasing tactics should bo chosen on the basis of suppliers'classification. So its starting point is from Strategic choice of supplier level. This model system is established through tuo steps.The first step is rough selection of supplier, firstly this paper based on quantitative with the method of experts assess, then use kandall to verify the validity of the marking of experts .secendly , this peper set a threshold and got rough suppliers.The second step is comprehensive valuation of suppliers which selected combination of Delphi and AHP to estimablish objective weights. Applying fuzzy synthetic evaluation method,this paper evaluates the supplier selection in the green purchasement.Finally using a W company'suppliers selection case,Idemonstate the detail process and calculate mehods of AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation and verify the validity of the model. |
