Research On The Relation Between Xinjiang's Regional Finance Resources Deployment And Economic Disparity

With the rapid increasing of Xinjiang's GDP, the economic gap between Xinjiang regions grow wider. Economic balance among regional is a long-term goal both of the national and the regional government. The aim of supporting economic growth of Xinjiang by central government is in order to stimulate the developing of backward regions and to improve the overall level of Xinjiang. Generally speaking, the cause of regional economic disparities is many, but the impact of financial factors on it is always significant. On the other hand, the back force of regional economic disparities on local financial development is also worth to analyze. This paper takes the relationships between Xinjiang's allocation of financial resources and regional economic disparities as a research object. It contains measuring the rational economic gap, discussing the regional allocation of financial resources, anglicizing the relationship between the two by models, and putting forward the policy recommendations based on results.This paper focuses on the current status of economic and finance operation in Xinjiang combining theoretical and empirical analysis. Chapter II first introduces the main economic concepts and the related theoretical basis. Then it defines the regions of Xinjiang, and the economic gap of the region above. Chapter III uses both qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the relationship between regional financial resources and the economic gap in Xinjiang. Chapter IV analyzes the problems of current economic and financial resources in Xinjiang regions. Chapter V gives the suggestions based on the analysis preview. We hope through the research of relationship between allocation of financial resources and regional economic disparities of Xinjiang, we can have a more detailed understanding of the allocation and the usage of financial resources of Xinjiang .
