| Xinjiang Agriculture Construction Corp (XJACC) lies in its critical period of development in economics, and two symbols of economic modernization, agricultural and industrial modernization respectively, are taking a further development. Regardless of the economic development of other countries in the world and the other areas in China, the Featured. Agricultural Product Processing (FAPP) is not only the drive to modernize agriculture but also the essential component in local and regional industrialization. However, due to the distinctive mechanism as well as the social economic development course, agriculture has taken up a great proportion in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of XJACC. For instance, the gross product of agriculture in 2009 has taken up to 33.5% of GDP in XJACC, which has made the FAPP of significant value in economic development of XJACC. The present thesis is aimed to conduct empirical analysis and theory explorations in respect to the Technique Transformation (TT) of FAPP in XJACC with the view of innovating strategies to improve FAPP itself in XJACC. Additionally, the ultimate goal is to make TT. of FAPP in XIACC more reasonable and feasible.The present thesis, taking the perspectives of sustainable model of "Production-Education-Exploration"(PEEM), taking the tomato-processing as the research object, explores into the approaches of practicing TT in its process of production. The thesis initializes the research by introducing the denotations and theories of PEEM and TT. Secondly, the tomato-processing industry is demonstrated and analyzed regarding to its developmental procedures, features as well as its problems in developmental course. Thirdly, through summarizing the ways of TT in tomato-processing industry in XJACC and comprehensively analyzing the four respective ways of TT, the PEEM has been induced prescriptively as the fundamental approach to transform techniques. Fourthly, through constructing index system and using Index-Intermingling method(复合指标法),the PEEM is descriptively analyzed in respect to the practicing of TT in its contents, through which the achievement index is evaluated. Fifthly, in accordance with the assessment results and based on the developmental tendency of TT in tomato-processing industry, the model which can improve TT in agricultural product-processing is put forward. Finally, the correspondent strategies and suggestions are presented to ensure the agricultural product-processing in XJACC. In light of the previous researches, the following conclusions are reached:1) PEEM is the core model for TT in FAPP of XJACC. PEEM has effectively integrated scientific explanations, product-processing, economics and marketing sectors, which has been the permanent goal for relative enterprises, fields of science and economics.2) In the PEEM, a recycling system of quality can be constructed, which is originated from the needs of enterprises, PEE integration, specialists fostering and ends in product transformation. Such a recycling system can surely bring forward the TT in agricultural product processing and is supposed to be the essential approach of TT. Last but not least, the strategies are presented especially with the aim of enhancing the XJACC government as well as its administrated cities'awareness to innovate techniques in FAPP. Besides, the research has put forward some strategies to construct rewarding system to benefit and stimulate various agents in the process of FAPP, to strengthen the enterprises'motives to involve into the PEEM. It is expected, in such a process, the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection can be enhanced and the science and technique development medium system can be improved, the cultural atmosphere for innovation in XJACC can be constructed, sustained and perfected. |
