At present, the central government has already made clear to the modern logistics as the 21st century development of important industries and new economic growth point,at the same time,many domestic provinces and regions also have begun to put research and enhance logisticsdevelopment as the province an important part of economic work, the relationship between logistics development and Import and export trade as well as economic growth has also become governments at all levels and theorists think and explore important issues.Liaoning province is located in the northeast of China, is the heartland of the northeast economic zone and the bohai economic zone,is an important gateway for northeast zone to lead to the world, to connect to the Eurasian continental bridge, therefore, vigorously develop logistics industry will undoubtedly to be an important impetus to accelerate economic development of liaoning province.
