With China's rapid economic development and people greatly improve security awareness, security industry ushered in great business opportunities. As an emerging industry, security industry has a broad development space, while facing many problems. The security industry, and no special service enterprises, the current service is in fact by the manufacturer and engineering provider, the service there are many serious problem. Such as low level of specialization services, relatively high prices, poor attitude, poor service quality and so on. Therefore, the research enterprise security service factors of the customer expected value has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the domestic and foreign scholars review research on customer value, based on the security industry and security services with the development of business analysis of the current situation, a security services firm collected the factors of the customer expected value, through depth interviews and questionnaires such as data collection, the use of SPSS statistical software, using factor analysis methods to analyze data processing, security services, enterprise customer expectations raised by the six factors of the value of 21 variables. The six factors : F1 level of service, F2 service marks, F3 service response, F4 service assurance, F5 service, communication, F6 service prices. Using factor coefficients and the large number theorem of the standard normal distribution, to calculate the importance of different factors.The expectations from the perspective of key customer security services industry to explore the factors of the customer expected value , the relative importance of different factors and the impact on the customer expected value , not only to support and help the security service enterprises improve service quality, meet customer needs by theory and practical, but also to provide consumers buy security products a useful reference.
