It uses Oracle 10g as back-end database, through 1G bandwidth network, realized the data sharing of billing services and collecting fees business and etc. among all the power substations, branch enterprises and the Head Office in the jurisdictions. Besides, it will also realize the company's data communication with Banks, financial department, human resource and some other operation system. All this will make a big contribute to constructing a company-wide information network. This marketing system uses IBM P55A as the database server, IBM 3650 as the application server. The main innovation in this article is the introduction of knowledge management concepts and methods in the traditional power marketing business process, and the use of different development models to respond to the different businesses, realizing the new system through the practical application of modern information technology.
