Virtual Team T-it Service Management Implementation And Optimization Studies

With the globalization and the development of communication technology, virtual team, as a new form of the work organization will be more widely used. In many large multinational companies with many branches, virtualization has become the trend of IT service management team. Virtual teams and traditional forms of organization compared with personnel, information advantage, competitive advantage, efficiency advantages, cost advantages, such as multiple advantages, but there are also communication issues, cultural difference issues, trust issues, control issues and many other issues.As a world-wide Fotune 500 company, T Corporation start to implement its IT service manangement based on visual team from 2005. Although has made some progress, but also exposed many questions. How to ensure IT service management based on virtual team's effective implementation is the greatest challenge. This paper is based on the IT service management visual team's implementation process of T Corporation. It used ITIL and visual team theories, and has done following research works:First of all, apply the theory to T Corporation's actual situation, carried out a widely analysis and the research to it based on the visual team's IT service management implementation situation, and analyzed from many aspects of T Corporation's IT service management based on visual team's implementation.Second, combine the visual team and IT service management recent studies, presented the VTITSM service management model and the TVTE team effective model. Combined the visual team with self-management team theory and presented the self-management visual team theory.Finally, use the new models and theory together with T Corporation's present situation and future development, studied on the onward optimizing of T Corporation's visual team service management implementation method.These article findings have the positive instruction function to T Corporation based on the visual team's IT service management. It also has the important reference significance to its implementation. It can also help similar corporations by provide the reference.
