Xinjiang is the important energy and agricultural production base of China and its geographical location is special. It connects Central Asia countries in the west, and connects China's eastern and central provinces in the east. Xinjiang has the good geographical advantage, so the logistics industry plays an important role in promoting Xinjiang's rapid economic and social development. China's Logistics Industry Restructuring and Revitalization Plan state clearly to make Urumqi as one of the 21 logistics nodes. Third-party logistics is the main form of organization in the current development of logistics industry in Xinjiang, but because of the low level of informationisation and reputation accidents, its development is still not well adapted to the local economic development.This thesis analyzed the current issues of the development of Xinjiang's third-party logistics industry deeply by applying the Principal-agent theories, the Logistics Management theories and Reputation Management theories based on the actual situation in Xinjiang, focusing on the analysis of the impact of information and reputation in the development of Xinjiang's third-party logistics industry. On this basis, built the Information Sharing Platform (ISP) and Reputation Model (RM) for Logistics Corporation consistent with Xinjiang'actual situation, and finally put forward measures to promote the development of third-party logistics industry in Xinjiang.To be specific, first, this thesis summed up the main issues after analyzing the current development of third-party logistics industry in Xinjiang, such as low level of informationisation and reputation, unreasonable structure, lack of talent and scattered resources, etc.Second, this thesis emphasized on the analysis of the impact of information and reputation in the development of third-party logistics industry in Xinjiang. Found that the main effects of reputation are on the logistics business ethics, brand building, cooperation between enterprises, development model and so on.The main effects of information are on the operating efficiency, costs of logistics, customers' satisfaction, reputation and the construction of logistics base, etc.Third, this thesis analyzed the necessities to build the ISP and RM for logistics corporation.To ensure the rigorous logic, this thesis built up the ISP and RM under the constraints of a series of assumptions, and ensured.Finally, this thesis selected the Xinjiang DA YUAN Company to do the case study. Evaluated its level of informationisation and reputation by distributing questionnaires, analyzing the collected survey data and applying the ISP and RM. On the basis, put forward the recommendations to promote the development of third-party logistics industry in Xinjiang, such as focusing on the importance of information and reputation, broaden the financing channels, using public information platform to build ISP, completing relevant policies, regulations and standards to strengthen the supervision, increasing the punishment for dishonesty, strengthening the training of employees, and so on.
